Getting Down & Dirty

A look back on the first two events and what's to come.

The first two events of the 2009 CFPS season have been nothing short of excellent. The competition has been fierce, the media coverage has been flawless and most importantly everyone is having fun and getting down the grass roots of paintball, literally.

There has been an excellent team turnout for both events. Weather conditions have been great and national media have been in attendance at both events. What more can you ask for? The Central Florida Paintball Series has shown and will continue to show, why it is the best paintball tournament series in the state of Florida. It is the premier Florida paintball league that has been created by actual players with the actual paintball player in mind.

Teams have been getting down and dirty enjoying everything the CFPS has to offer including PSP rankings, 4th place prizes and an officiating crew unmatched by any series in the state. Yes, that's correct, 4th place prizes! The days of just missing the podium with nothing to show for it are over. Teams are now awarded prizes for a respectable 4th place finish at every event.

If you have not yet experienced the CFPS, come out to the next event. Spectating is free and playing is inexpensive compared to other tournament series. You wont regret the experience of playing a season in the Central Florida Paintball Series, building up points and experience for the biggest event of the year, PSP World Cup.
